Aspect Architecture are not responsible for design of your project and changes will not be made to specific design elements – your model will be drawn as it is issued to Aspect.

If specifics are to be included in your VR model such as kitchen layouts , structural analysis etc then it will be the clients responsibility to furnish to Aspect the appropriate detail by the relevant professional eg. Kitchen layouts , specific structural layouts etc.

If your VR model is used as part of a planning presentation then Aspect Architecture is not responsible for the decision of the particular local authority

If changes are required to the drawings before a planning application is made then Aspect Architecture can carry out agreed changes – clients to contact Aspect Architecture and fees will be outlined based on work required.
