A review of the local development plan to ensure specific compliance with the guidelines for your project.
An overview of your project wish-list where various elements of the design are discussed. From items such as building shape and room requirements to finish choices etc a template is established which your design will be based upon.
Based on the established brief a concept sketch will be produced which will present the outline of your project. The concept sketches will then be tweaked to move the design forward to a place where the client is happy with the design.
Once the design has been established your project will be presented in full 3-D photorealistic imagery and the client will have the use of the Aspect virtual reality showroom where you will be able to ‘walk through’ your house at the design stage. Any necessary alterations will be seen in this virtual reality world and final changes can be made at this stage.
Once final designs have been agreed upon a preliminary feasibility study can take place where the project can be assessed in terms of budget. This can form clients decisions in relation to elements of the design and allow clients to set budgets for the construction process.
Planning documents and drawings will be put together and readied for submission to the local authority. Aspect will advise the clients on every document and paperwork to be handed in and all documents will be packaged and readied for submission.
